NEW AMENITIES AND CHANGE ROOM FACILITIES
HEFFRON PARK, MAROUBRA
Our services were required by Randwick Council to undertake a large scale Amenities and change room facilities block. This brand new build included demolition and removal of previous standings. Care was taken throughout the build to ensure public safety and convenience were priority as Heffron Park is a busy thoroughfare both day and night.
NEW PRESCHOOL BUILDING
NORTH ROCKS PRESCHOOL
Throughout the years we have specialised in a range of educational buildings from Preschool’s to TAFE Colleges. North Rocks Preschool is our most recent and most exciting educational building to date. With high ceilings, large glass windows and many architectural features, we are proud to showcase our latest work. The team demonstrated their eye for detail throughout this build, starting from the ground up to create a brand new educational space.
NEW AMENITIES AND SPORTS FACILITIES
COHEN PARK, ANNANDALE
Leichardt Council engaged our services to provide a brand new amenities building and sporting facilities at Cohen Park. This building involved a high level of architectural detail, including laser cut detailed ceilings, prefabricated and exposed detail structural steel, purpose made timber cladded doors and walls combined with face modular brickwork. We valued the opportunity to provide and accomplish such a high level of detail which created an aesthetically pleasing result.
NEW ANIMAL SHELTER
RSPCA, YAGOONA
Kellyville Building were requested by the RSPCA to construct a new animal facility at their large scale shelter in Yagoona.
NEW ACCESSIBLE AMENITIES BLOCK
CURRY RESERVE, ELDERSLIE
Camden Council contracted Kellyville Building to build a brand new amenities building including adult hoist and wheel chair facility to accompany the newly built fully accessible water play park.
NEW AMENITIES FACILITY
TOM WILLS OVAL, SYDNEY OLYMPIC PARK
Sydney Olympic Park Authority engaged the services of Kellyville Building to construct a brand new large scale amenities facility for Tom Wills Oval.
NEW ACCESSIBLE AMENITIES FACILITY
WICKS PARK, MARRICKVILLE
Kellyville Building were engaged by Inner West Council to construct a new amenities building for Wicks Park, to replace an aging facility that no longer meets community expectations or standards of equal access.
